The staff provided thorough city information and regularly checked on my well-being. My room included a charming balcony. The convenient location offers easy access to many attractions.
The coffee pods weren't refilled by housekeeping, and a used coffee cup remained in my room! I had to request a refill in the evening, but the receptionist said they were locked away until morning.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Condition

The location was acceptable, close enough to the train station for easy access.
The hotel condition was a real letdown. Our bathroom door wouldn't even close, and the bathtub looked worn out (this is unacceptable). Honestly, it was like something out of the 1800s (I felt unsafe).

the location was great since it was close to the beach and train station making travel easy.
The air conditioning did not work at all. i was given a fan, but it just blew around hot air. i found out that this is apparently a known issue among many rooms and past guests. This should have been disclosed before i booked.
